Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change after placing an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled.

Please read carefully before placing an order.


1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request order cancellation only before the order is dispatched.

To request cancellation, customers must contact us through official support channels and provide the order number.

If the order has not been shipped, cancellation will be approved and:

  • A full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

  • Refund processing is started within 1–2 working days.

  • Credit time depends on bank or payment provider processing.

Cancellation requests made after dispatch cannot be accepted.


2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If customers still wish to return the product, they must follow the conditions mentioned in the Return & Refund Policy, which applies only to wrong or defective products.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

Orders that remain unconfirmed may be cancelled automatically.

Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may result in restriction or removal of COD option for future purchases.


4. Refund for Cancelled Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Banks or payment providers may take several working days to reflect the refund amount.


5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders in situations such as:

  • Product becoming unavailable

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Delivery location not serviceable

  • Orders flagged as suspicious or high-risk transactions

In such cases, prepaid amounts will be refunded in full.
